Every effort was made to preserve the integrity and timeless character of the original architecture while seamlessly incorporating modern systems and finishes.

The original carriage house remains part of the estate, while the site of San Diego’s first courthouse sits just steps away — a rare setting where preserved architecture and modern living converge, framed by lush, Tulum–inspired landscaping.
